You are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your item(s) you have 14 days in which to return the item to receive a refund on the cost of the item , but as you can appreciate this will not include the packaging & postage costs unless it is faulty.
The item is to be returned in its original packaging, smoke and pet hair free and in the same condition that it was received. You will also be responsible to pay the return postage costs unless faulty.
2. Items will be posted by Royal Mail’s signed for service within the UK. This does not guarantee next day delivery. If you wish to pay extra for next day recorded delivery then please contact us at info@woolfairies.co.uk where we will endeavor where ever possible to help you. We cannot be held responsible for the postal service not delivering it to you on time.
3. All items will be posted within three working days.
4. You are responsible for any custom charges on international orders.
5. We are not responsible for Royal Mail’s delivery of your parcel.
6. All your information will remain confidential and we will not share your details with a third party.
7. These products are not toys they are made for display purposes only.
