1. When will my order be posted?

* Please be aware Covid-19 situation may delay your delivery due to no fault of ours*

Your order will be posted within three working days, please let us know whether you need it by a certain date and we will endeavour to help wherever possible.

If you wish to pay extra for Royal Mail UK next day delivery,  place your order as usual to secure your purchase and contact us by email and we can make these arrangements with you.

However we cannot offer next day delivery on orders placed after 11 am.

2. Does the Royal Mail UK signed for service guarantee next day delivery?

No, Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Their website states they will aim for next working day delivery but this guaranteed and does not include the weekend. You need to pay extra if you want a next day service (see Q.1).

3. What if I want to return an item?

In the unlikely event you want to return your item you have 14 days in which to return it and recieve a refund on the cost of the item. This does not include P&P unless faulty. You will be responsible for the return postage,  unless faulty and the item will need to be in the same condition it was recieved and in its original packaging.

3. Can I amend my order once I have placed and paid for it?

Yes you can change your order however please inform us as soon as possible so we can amend it before posting. We cannot be responsible for you changing your mind after it has been posted.

4. Can children play with the handmade items?

No, our items are not toys, they are decorative items only. They are decorated with embellishments and are made of wool which could become a choking hazard for children. They can however be placed out of reach of young children and pets to be enjoyed at a safe height.

5. Do you post Worldwide?

Yes just select your country at the shipping stage and it will give you the cost and shipping option. Please note you are responsible for any custom charge. If you have difficulty with placing your order, then please email us and we can send you a PayPal invoice.

6. Do you make customised items?

Yes we do, however this is dependant upon the time of year and length of the waiting list. Payment is upfront for custom made items.

7. Do you stock more than one of each product?

No, the majority of the items are one of a kind, they are not made to order, so once gone, they are gone. There are only a limited amount of items made to order and those will state this in their product description.

8. Can you post to a different address and add a note?

Yes it is no problem to do this for you. Just don’t forget to let us know what you want us to write.
