Octavia has been needle felted with hand painted blue, yellow green, purple and orange wool and fibres. The side of her dress has been decorated with green leaves, purple flowers and a sunflower At her feet rests a cauldron, acorn shell and cones. She stands upon yellow and green maple leaves.
Octavia holds onto her woolly broomstick and a moon goddess charm. She has grey wavy fibre hair. Her needle felted hat has been decorated with flowers and leaves.
