Noelle has been needle felted with hand blended red, brown and green wool and gold fibre. Her dress has been decorated with green artificial leaves, a red berry, a fircone, poinsettia flower and gold stars.
Noelle holds on to her woolly broomstick. She has brown wool hair. Her needle felted hat has been decorated with leaves and berries.
