Ocean has been needle felted with blue coloured sheeps wool. At his feet sits natural driftwood, seashells, a handmade rock pool and a sparkling blue jar. His needle felted hat has been decorated with theads, artificial seaweed, seashells from Looe beach, netting and a pearl.
His little pink nose pokes out from under his hat. He has a long white beard. His hat sparkles with opal glitter.
