Chloe has been needle felted with blue and purple pastel coloured wool. A blue sparkling butterfly rests upon her dress with a lilac flower. Her dress shimmers with iridescent glitter. She holds onto a handmade sparkling droplet.
Chloe has long peachy coloured wool hair. Her wings have been made with white fibres, plant fibres and sparkling strands.
She floats from a clear thread.
