One of my larger and more elaborate witches.
Evadne is a much larger piece than my usual witches, with a striking presence and lots of carefully added details. She has been created with wool, fibres, fabrics and woodland-inspired treasures, making her a real statement piece.
Evadne is a witch of wild, untamed magic, drawn to the places where the woodland grows freely and nature is left to do exactly as it pleases.
Dressed in deep black, her colourful layers of wool glow beneath her dark cloak, while silver moons and stars bring little flashes of magic to her outfit. Her wonderfully tall, twisted hat rises above her long, flowing hair, giving her a wonderfully mysterious presence.
In one hand she carries her broomstick, while in the other she holds a large silver moon. At her feet sits a pumpkin, bringing a touch of autumn to her dark woodland magic.
Beside her rests her little book of Wild Magic, filled with the mysteries of the natural world. Ferns and woodland foliage surround her, giving her the feeling of a witch who has stepped straight out of the deepest part of the forest.
