1. When will my order be posted?
Your order will be posted within three working days, please let us know if you need it by a certain date and we will endeavour to help where ever possible. If you wish to pay extra for next day delivery, place your order as usual to secure your fairy and then contact us at email@example.com and we can make these arrangements with you. However we cannot offer next day delivery on orders placed after 11 am.
2. Does the Royal Mail signed for service guarantee next day delivery?
No, sorry Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Their website says they will aim for the next working day delivery but this is not guaranteed and does not include the weekend. You need to pay extra if you want a next day service (see Q.1)
3. What if I want to return an item?
In the unlikely event you want to return your item you have 14 days in which to return it and receive a refund on the cost of the product. This does not include P&P unless faulty. You will be responsible for the return postage, unless faulty and the product will need to be in the same condition as it was received; pet hair and smoke free and in its original packaging.
3. Can I amend my order once I have placed and paid for it?
Yes you can change your order however please inform me as soon as possible so I can do it for you before it has been posted. I cannot be responsible for you changing your mind after it has been posted.
4. Can children play with the fairies, angels and mermaids?
No sorry our products are not toys, they are decorative items only. They are decorated with embellishments and are made of wool which could become a choking hazard for little children. They can however float in bedrooms, just make sure they are out of reach of little fingers and pets!
5. Do you post worldwide?
Yes just select your country at the shipping stage and it will give you the cost and postage option. Please note you are responsible for any custom charges. If you have any difficulties with placing your order then please make contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you a Paypal invoice.
6. Do you make custom fairies?
Yes, we do and have made custom fairies for people, this is dependent upon the time of the year and the length of the waiting list. Payment is up front for custom made items through Paypal.
7. Do you stock more than one of each product?
No, the majority of the fairies are one of a kind, they are not made to order, so once they have gone, they have gone. There are only a limited amount of fairies made to order and those will state this in their product description.
8. Can you post to a different address and add a note?
Yes it is no problem to do this for you. Just don’t forget to let us know what you want us to write.
